Hello, I worked with Crowdtap a long time and never had a problem. Now I haven't received any new surveys for months.

I tried to reach you several times through support on the app, but all I ever get is an error message. I'm anxious to get back to work.

No chance to cash out

They appear to be non functional now. I can see rewards but no survey when there once were pages and pages.

The survey page just says "you're all set". The help link gives an error message.

Used to be a favorite of mine for its simplicity and the fact you didn't really get screened out but when I check the forums this is happening to a lot of people

Today on 8/8/25 I finally received my two pending gift cards. One took three weeks and the other over two weeks to be approved.

I've been using Crowdtap for years, and it's been a helpful way to earn extra money. Over the past year, though, the amount of time it takes for gift cards to be approved and sent has been getting longer and longer.

It's supposed to be approved and sent within 48 hours; I've been waiting on one $10 gift card for 12 days now, plus a second $5 gift card for 7 days. The "help" pages reference the option to talk to support, but the means to do so have been removed, along with the email address for them. I still sometimes try to email the address they used to list, but often no one replies now. Instead, they just have "Tappy" the AI chatbot, which I'm pretty sure was designed to be as frustrating as possible.

It takes you in circles with interactions like this:
Tappy: "12 days definitely isn't normal! You can request to speak to a customer representative agent."
Me: "Can I speak with a customer representative agent?"
Tappy: "Sorry, I didn't get that. Try rephrasing your question."
Me: "Can I speak with an agent?"
Tappy: "Sorry, I didn't get that. Try rephrasing your question."
Me: "I need more help."
Tappy: "If you need more help, our support team is happy to help."
Me: "How do I contact the support team?"
Tappy: "You can contact our support team by chatting with us on our website.

If you need a hand, just start a chat!"
Me: "How do I start a chat?"
Tappy: "You can chat with us on the website!"
Me: "There's no option to chat on the website."
Tappy: "Sorry, I didn't get that.

Account suspension for no reason

It does not make any sense how I downloaded the app today just for me to be suspended on the same day. I was doing a quality check question, you know when they ask basic questions.

No matter what answer I put it was always wrong to them!?

The last quality question was so easy, and I clicked the right answer, but it was "wrong" and I got a message on my screen saying my account had been suspended! I contacted support, and I am waiting on a response because this is just ridiculous.

YOU DISABLED MY ACCOUNT FOR NO REASON, I GIVE HONEST AND TRUTHFUL ANSWERS AND I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY $20 STARBUCKS CARD FOR 4,000 POINTS THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR MORE THAN A WEEK NOW, COME ON ALREADY.

SAYS I RECEIVED MY INCENTIVE ON 08-12-2025 HERE IT IS 08-13-2025 HAVE RECEIVED NOTHING AS OF 4:21 PM. COME ON GUYS DO THE RIGHT THING ALREADY. AS OF 08-15-25 NO ANSWER FROM CROWDTAP!

I requested a 150-dollar Target gift card on July 18th, 2025. It's been 11 days; it shows I requested it, but it has never been approved or anything.

It's just stuck on the same thing, saying it's almost approved. I've tried everything to reach them and can't get in touch with anyone.

MISSING GIFT CARD

It is almost impossible to get in touch with these people. I managed to find an email address, but I don't know if anyone will answer it.

Whatever contacts they claim to have on the site are nonexistent and/or disabled or maybe have never been set up. They are not active on their social media accounts for over a year or two.

I ordered a gift card three weeks ago, and it is still not approved even though their site states that it only takes two to three days to receive it.

Suspended my account

For no reason, they have suspended my acct. They did this once before and admitted it was done by mistake. In my opinion, each time I near a 2000-point cash out, they suspend (2000 points = ten dollars) in hopes I'll be angry and forget the money owed.

My account and my daughter's account have been disabled. Apparently, they think we are the same person.

We have the same first initial and last name. We signed up with two different email addresses and two different phone numbers.

You can't speak to a person at Crowdtap to get anything resolved. On top of that, they owe me a $50 Amazon gift card.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I wrote and asked why I was not getting points, as I was not getting my points but you did follow through. I suspect as glitch on your end, but it is all good now.

You need to put live people online and not waste my time. I have been using this survey site for years.

Your bot is confusing and impossible to reply to. I have a $10 reward at stake, not to mention a $5 one.

There is no way to contact them. I did manage to get their email address and just emailed the. However, while I was on the page for contacting them, I opened their Tappy chat and said that I did not receive my such and such gift card I ordered on such and such date, and it actually brought up gift cards from my account to click on to resend.

I just cashed a $75 Amazon gift card from them. Now no surveys.

This company had twice been extremely slow paying. Twice I was not sure I would get paid at all. I received an email from someone there and replied saying they were refusing to pay me. Then the payment came.

They are very flaky and inconsistent. I dont recommend them.

They have now blocked my account and I don’t know why

My password would not work so I asked to change it. Their email to me had a password link which did not work.

I complained to them. They emailed me saying they would be back to me in a day or more. This is not a reasonable time frame for that kind of help. Then I deleted their app and went to their website.

At the website the password changing link in their email worked. Then I changed my password. But still no surveys. So Uvtrued the website again.

Ouldnt sign in because the new password was now no good. It seemed to think I was using the incorrect email for my sccount. Then it banned my account and told me to resolve the problem and I clicked on, resolve@***t it did not work. I think they are all glitchy and seriously messed up.

I asked them for help by their help is slow. Plus they were quick to ban me.
