Didn’t get gift card
I applied for my $10 Amazon gift card on 11/29. Once you sent the code, I tried to input it.
It said it was already applied, but it wasn't. I am still trying to get it. I went back to check the reward status, but the reward status screen is black. I'm still able to do surveys without any problems.
So, I'm just trying to get my $10 for Amazon.
I spend a lot of time on surveys. Please help.

Resolved: WTF this is insane
Account has been reactivated and I recieved my card.
I have been doing surveys through this company for 6 YEARS. I did an interview for them recently and am owed a $50 Amazon card for my time.
They banned my account, with no explanation, no reason why and now I am screwed out of my card. I will be reporting this everywhere possible.

I didn't have any actual contact, but the problem was resolved /corrected on the website
On November 14, 2024, I attempted to redeem a $75 Kroger gift card. I entered the code sent to my cell phone, and the system froze and would not verify my request.
I couldn't find a phone number to talk to a live person.
All I get is the AI chat which is of no help. It just goes back to a previous $50 gift card and wants to resend that to me.

Now they are ignoring my emails and my account. They either need to hire better people or use better AI because this is ridiculous.

Here we go again....
This time I have contacted them numerous times to unlock my account, even though I didn't nothing wrong. This time I am missing out on like $125.
I have emailed them numerous times like they requested, filed stuff, did all the things.
No one has fixed it. Find better AI or better employees because this is *** ridiculous.

Impossible to get help
It's impossible to get help from Crowdtap. I've been waiting for days to receive my gift card, but nothing has come and there's no way to reach them.
It's a nightmare! I finally received my gift card, AFTER I filed a complaint with the BBB

I'm reviewing now because I find my account disabled after a couple of years use and I have no way to contact a real person
Why has my account been disabled? I have a $5 eBay card in limbo, or possibly you've put the points back in my account, but you've given me no way to look or cash out now.
I've done nothing different in all the time I've been with you.
I'd like an explanation or at least a way to talk to someone with a heartbeat. I'm not sure I can anymore.

Can not talk to a person at all, still waiting for my reward
There is no way to really contact them at all.

No help getting gift cards.
I have lost 2 gift cards completely doesnt even show them and last 3 say they're sent. My email is same because I just got my monthly report.Again my email is tboneranchlk@***.com.
please let me know if I'm going to get my gift cards or am I going to delete this app cause I'm not getting rewarded. Thank you Karen Olsen

When you earn your cards, they put off approval. Then they claim they're having app issues, but you can't reach them by phone, the AI doesn't recognize you and doesn't understand your communication
I earned a $20 Walmart gift card Friday 11/8. After waiting the asked for weekend and 2 business days.
No movement on the progress gauge.
Quite disgusted. It's not the first time, but will be the last.

I need help from a human being
I tried to sign up and was immediately shut down, and the account was disabled. I hadn't even finished setting it up!
After 25 minutes of going back and forth with their AI bot, I attempted to find an email or phone number, but they have neither. I really hope that they will reach out to me.

I haven't received any of my rewards in over 3 months!
My rewards stopped arriving over three months ago. I continued to answer the questions and none of the rewards have been processed.
I even went so far as to change my email, but still, no rewards. I've been working with Steven Espinel (Crowdtap) who has made it his top priority and said he would give me daily updates.
So far, I haven't heard a peep from him in two weeks and he won't respond to my emails anymore. I continue to take the surveys and accumulate unclaimed gift cards in the hope that maybe someday they'll get their act together!

That AI is the worst.
They need to bring back live customer service. Because Tappy doesn't know squat.
It's like he is on repeat mode. I asked it how long does it take to get a reward approved. It only shows the very bottom, so you can't read the rest. What a waste of AI.
I should not have to go through this almost everything I redeem a reward. Crowdtap you need to do better.
This is my second time complaining about not getting my reward approved. It's been 4 days, what is the problem???
